Car Crashes Into Syosset Rehab Office

A Syosset Rehab Center was Struck by an out of control car, that crashed into the Rehab Center's building. The car crashed into the Ivy Rehab and Physical Therapy office, located at 224 West Jericho Turnpike in Muttontown Plaza. Emergency vehicles from the Syosset Fire Department were called to the scene, and took away the driver and one passenger from the vehicle - both of whom were injured, according to the police. One person who was working inside the Rehab Center was also injured - and was taken away by ambulance. The Ivy Rehab and Physical Therapy office handles a variety of medical rehabilitation services. The Syosset office was closed for several hours, but re-opened later that day, according to witnesses, The police have not released the names of the driver or passenger, and no arrests were made.
