Most importantly, Lou Imbroto, Tom Hand and Andrew Monteleone all work as a team with Joe Saladino - bringing in new and good ideas - and contributing to the public good.  No political games, no sleazy backstabbing - just a mature approach by competent people to best serve the public.

Joe Saladino could not have made Oyster Bay the "best-run Town in Long Island" without this team.
