Four North Shore High Schools Rank in “Top 10”

In the newly released ranking of “The Best Public High Schools in New York for 2023,” by Niche publishing, four Long Island schools were declared to be among the “top ten” of all public high schools.
Jericho High School was ranked the fifth best on Niche’s list, receiving a grade of “A+” by Niche.
The Jericho School District serves the communities of Jericho, Muttontown, Brookville and Old Westbury.
According to Niche, Jericho’s graduation rate is 98 percent, the school is ranked 8th best in New York for “Best College Prep Public High Schools” and 12th best among the “Best Schools for STEM.”
Following close behind Jericho, the William Shine - Great Neck South High School was ranked 6th on Niche’s list.
Behind Great Neck South, Syosset High School was ranked ninth, and Roslyn High School was ranked 10th in the statewide rankings.
