School Board Endorsements: OYSTER BAY - EAST NORWICH

Oyster Bay-East Norwich and Cold Spring Harbor schools have led not just Long Island, but the entire country as excellent school districts.
That is no accident. It came from smart, tough, and visionary school boards, who made the tough and nurturing decisions, and managed to excellence.
There are contested elections in both the OBEN and CSH school districts. The election is this Tuesday, May 19th.

Maryann Santos and Nancy Castrogiovanni
Oyster Bay-East Norwich (OBEN) schools have gotten better - a lot better - under the leadership of Nancy Castrogiovanni and Maryann Santos.
AP scores are way up (from 62% getting a 3 or better - to now 84%); Graduation rates are up from 83% to 100%; Students with Disabilities graduation rates went from 60% to 100%; and the four-year college application rate rose from 82% to 97%. With the High School now ranked 41st out of ALL the high schools in New York State
OBEN School Board President Nancy Castrogiovanni and VP Maryann Santos deserve our thanks, our vote - and re-election.
