Imagine plunging your hands into a bucket of gooey slime – and being pleasantly surprised by the gentle massage-like texture and pleasant smell of the custom-crafted mix that relaxes and soothes your hands and muscles, and calms your senses.

That is what “Slimes by Sydney” is all about: a vibrant handmade slime brand, founded by a young entrepreneur, Sydney Stark.

Slime has a squishy texture. The soft, squishy texture provides gentle resistance to your hands.  Slime combines touch, sight, and even smell. The soft, squishy texture provides gentle resistance to your hands; it doesn’t act like a typical solid or liquid. It flows under low pressure but resists when you squeeze or pull it quickly. .

Sydney will be hosting a special “pop-up experience” at the “Krafty Hands” location at 49 Ira Road, Syosset, NY on Monday, October 13th, from 2:00 – 3:30 PM.

The event will feature Exclusive Slime-Making Workshops; a chance to shop seasonal slimes favorites; interactive crafting stations; and a family-friendly atmosphere designed to inspire creativity and sensory play

Slimes by Sydney began as a young girl’s after-school hobby, and grew into a beloved small business known for its imaginative, seasonal, and delightfully scented creations.

“Slime is more than just a toy, it’s an experience. I love creating textures, colors, and scents that spark happiness and creativity for kids of all ages,” stated Sydney. “Partnering with Krafty Hands, a place that has been bringing families together for decades makes this event even more meaningful.”

At the heart of Krafty Hands’ mission is Education through Art.

“Our mission for these special events is to highlight creative entrepreneurs in the studio and bring them front and center for the surrounding communities,” said Carly Meyer, owner of Education through Art. “Sydney embodies that spirit, and we’re thrilled to showcase her talent to families here on Long Island.”
