Transgender, "Only Fans" Controversies Roil Locust Valley Schools

The Locust Valley-Bayville school district has been rocked by two simultaneous controversies regarding teachers in the school system.

The School Board met in an emergency meeting right before the start of school and terminated a teacher after she was caught appearing on the "Only Fans" video streaming service.

Only Fans is described as a "subscription-based video on demand service... mainly used by pornographic creators, both amateur and professional, but it also has a market with other content creators—including chefs, fitness trainers, and musicians..."

According to multiple sources, the teacher, who taught at Bayville elementary school, was using the site for pornographic purposes.

The Locust Valley School Board terminated the teacher, a few days before the start of school.  The Board also hired a civil rights attorney at the same meeting.

At the same time, it was disclosed that a 24-year-old "transgender" person had been hired by the district to teach Kindergarten in the district.  Sources report that the 24-year-old will be teaching children in Bayville.

At a Board meeting to address the issue, about a dozen parents attended, with several expressing opposition to a transgender teaching their young children.

The transgender teacher was allegedly born as a female, but "transitioning" to a male, and was only recently qualified by the state to teach K to 2.
