Huntington Massage Parlor Busted for Prostitution

The "Sunny Spa" in Huntington has been busted as a front for prostitution.

Two women have been arrested by Suffolk County police over allegations of prostitution: 39 year old Jing Qiao, a Flushing resident, and 43 year old Xuan Yang, a resident of Roslyn Heights.

Both are in custody after being charged with prostitution. They were also charged with the unauthorized usage of their massage parlor, Sunny Spa, at 825 E. Jericho Turnpike for illegal purposes.

The arrest happened after the massage parlor was raided by police at around 3:30 PM on April 7th.

In addition to prostitution, the two women were also charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession.

Police responded after a number of Huntington residents called, complaining about the "suspicious activity" occurring at the location, and the late hours that patrons would frequent the premises.

An investigation is currently ongoing.

Qian and Yang were arraigned at the First District Court, and both pled "not guilty.".
