By Maureen Daly The annual Raynham Hall - Town of Oyster Bay Halloween Parade is coming-up, and it promises to be a scare fest for young and old alike. Oyster Bay Town Councilwoman Vicki Walsh and Town Clerk Rich LaMarca are taking the lead to promote the parade which fills downtown Oyster Bay with ghouls and monsters.
